Homepage of website. Contains simple navigation system, web-friendly copy, rotating listings photos.

Secondary page of website. Carries on theme and navigational system for a cohesive site.

Website navigation is very simply and easy to use for maximum site usability.

Real estate listings page is kept current through the use of XML and PHP5 programming, allows for dynamic content that changes with the housing market.

The rotating current listings photos are a prominent feature of the homepage. The image rotates through all images of current listings to give visitors a sense of the variety of homes available.

This site also features an easy to use contact form that allows prospective buyers or sellers to contact the agent. This form filters out spam and sends only the genuine prospective’s information directly to the agent’s email inbox. This form was written in PHP and has informative error and sucess messages that make the contact form user-friendly.

These are my favorite spinning shoes.

They are specifically made to use during indoor cycling class. They are well ventilated, so your feet stray dry even while you sweat. The soles will not mark up the floor, so you can also use these while in the gym and not just while spinning on the bike. Of course, my favorite thing about these is the way they look. I finally finshed my mom’s Realtor website. It took a while because I was so busy and I really wanted it to turn out nice. One of my favorite parts are the listings, which pulls info from an xml file and converts it to php. Now if only the MLS was technologically progressive (or even non-sluggish) then maybe they would offer realtors a feed of their listings. That would be great. Or even an easy way to query the MLS database for realtors would be nice. sigh. So many “big guys” seem to be stuck in the 90′s. That menas spin classes will be full soon, so start before the crowd (that always manages to dissapates after February).
